Otovent is a non-surgical, drug-free autoinflation device used to equalize negative air pressure in the middle ear. By helping to open the Eustachian tube, it allows trapped fluid to drain safely down the back of the throat, making it easier to relieve clogged ears and improve hearing ,it helps in training divers how to equalize and give them the feeling of valsalva equalization , very benifical for De novo divers as well as it aids in eustachian dysfunction .
